You should elaborate on your cooking method. I like to slice the Spam in parts about a 1/4" thick, maybe a little less, starting from either the top or bottom and working toward the opposite.. Fry in skillet on medium to high heat. Flip ocassionally. They are done when they are a perfect color of redish brown, almost like a canned steak or something, a little rare in the middle, but not raw. Serve with rice. Djionaise optional (ketchup optionall as well).
